At M, we are committed to delivering high-quality pickleball paddles built for consistent performance. We stand behind our products and offer a 30-Day Limited Warranty to ensure your confidence in every purchase.

Please review the following terms carefully to understand the scope and conditions of this warranty.

Shipping Details:Warranty Duration

All MEHAU pickleball paddles purchased through authorized Mehau sales channels are covered by a 30-day limited warranty, starting from the date of delivery.

This warranty applies only within the first 30 days after receipt of the product.

Eligibility & Proof of Purchase
  • This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser of the product.
  • The product must have been purchased new and unused at the time of sale from Mehau or an authorized Mehau retail partner.
  • Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email) is required for all warranty claims.
  • Products purchased through unauthorized sellers, resale platforms, or second-hand marketplaces are not eligible for warranty coverage.
What’s Covered

This warranty covers manufacturer defects and workmanship issues that occur under normal playing conditions, including but not limited to:

  • Structural cracking or separation of the paddle face
  • Frame breakage not caused by external impact, misuse, or abuse
  • Verified manufacturing defects that affect paddle performance

Warranty eligibility is determined based on the location, pattern, and appearance of the damage, as well as usage context provided by the customer.

Warranty Evaluation & Resolution

MEHAU reserves the right to evaluate all warranty claims.

Approved claims will result in one of the following, at Mehau’s discretion:

  • Replacement with the same model, or replacement with a comparable product of equal value if the original model is unavailable
  • Replacement products assume the remaining warranty period of the original item and do not reset the 30-day coverage window.
What’s Not Covered

The following conditions are not covered under this warranty:

  • Cosmetic Issues
  • Surface scratches, scuffs, fading graphics, or paint wear that do not affect performance
  • Normal Wear and Tear
  • Edge guard wear
  • Grip wear
  • Minor cosmetic aging from regular play
  • Misuse, Negligence, or Abuse
  • Damage caused by dropping, throwing, or striking objects other than a pickleball
  • Damage caused by collisions with the ground, net posts, fences, or other hard surfaces
  • Improper storage or care
Modifications
  • Structural or surface modifications to the paddle face or core
  • Removal or alteration of the handle or butt cap
  • Use of non-standard modifications that affect paddle integrity

(Note: Adding overgrips or edge guard tape for protection is acceptable and does not automatically void the warranty.)

Other Exclusions

Products used outside their intended purpose

Claims submitted after the 30-day warranty period

Damage determined to be caused by external impact rather than manufacturing defects

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, please contact us within the warranty period and provide:

  • Proof of purchase or order number
  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue
  • Images of the full paddle, including the damaged area and edge/frame
