Are all your paddles UPA-A certified?
The UPA-A (United Pickleball Association of America) is the newly formed governing body for the UPA (United Pickleball Association), which includes the PPA Tour and Major League Pickleball. The UPA-A aims to regulate the sport as the primary governing body.
All Mehau E Series (E4 paddles &E5 paddles) pickleball paddles are UPA-A certified and adhere to the official performance standards of the UPA-A. Making all Mehau E Series (Precise Series) paddles approved for all levels of competition.

How do I care for my pickleball paddle?
How do I care for my pickleball paddle?
- STORAGE:
Always keep your paddle in a dry environment. Preferably indoors in a temperature-controlled environment. It is best not to leave your paddle in a vehicle, hot and cold temperatures can and will damage your paddle over time.
--------------------- - Paddle Face and Edgeguard CLEANING:
Always wipe down your Mehau Pickleball paddle after play. To clean your edge guard, wipe it down with a damp cloth.
To clean your paddle face, you can use a slightly damp cloth for a more thorough wipe down.
Please note that with time the graphics on your paddle will begin to fade a bit.
--------------------- - GRIP CARE:
Always wipe down your grip after play. Sweat, grit, and oils from your hands will always build up. If you clean it after every round it will last longer.

Inside each box is one randomly selected MEHAU pickleball paddle from BINGO Series (B Series).
You won’t know which one you get until you open it — that’s part of the fun.

Every set contains 10 paddles selected at random, including:
- 8 regular editions — two each of Skycloud, Post-Rainbow Arc, Golden Peak, and Aurora Dance
- 2 rare editions — Sunset Blaze or Cosmic Flow
Odds per paddle:
- Regular editions: 20% each
- Rare editions: 10% each

Unfortunately, due to the unique nature of blind boxes, we are unable to accommodate specific paddle for purchase.

Possibly! Each blind box is randomly selected, so duplicates can happen — that’s part of the blind box experience.

That’s part of the fun of a blind box! Since the contents are a surprise, paddles cannot be chosen in advance.
Returns or exchanges are accepted for unopened blind boxes only. Once opened, blind box paddle cannot be returned or exchanged.

If your paddle arrives damaged, please reach out to our customer support team so we can verify the issue.
After verification, a new blind box will be shipped at random as a replacement.

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders due to a change of mind. However, we understand that mistakes happen. If you need to edit your order information, such as the delivery address or contact number, please contact our customer service as soon as possible.
Here’s what you can do:

- Have your order number ready when contacting customer service.
We cannot guarantee changes to orders after 24 hours of placement. This is because orders may be processed once received.

We're able to cancel your order before the package dispatched. Once you receive the order confirmation, your order cannot be canceled.

We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, PO Boxes, or international destinations at this time.
